In a rematch of last year’s Superserien final, the Crusaders put the hammer down on the Stockholm Mean Machines, outscoring them 49–13! An impressive showing for a team that seems completely unaffected by their narrow CEFL semifinal loss to Thonon. You could pick from a variety of players who stood out for Carlstad, but import RB Tim Schulz deserves a nod, racking up 218 all-purpose yards.

Even though the Black Knights “just” faced the league’s 8th seed, Oslo Vikings, their 52-0 win is nothing short of a real statement victory.
The Black Knights, led by Czech RB Brezina (136 Yards & 1 TD vs. Oslo), are once again a real contender for the Superserien championship.
