Wild Boars (2-0)
The Wild Boars put on one of the most complete and high-energy performances of Week 2, showing from the second half that they meant business.
QB Isaiah Green looked comfortable and in control throughout the game, leading a very sharp passing offense. His connection with WR Bogdan Šundović stood out in particular, as the two linked up multiple times for touchdowns. You could clearly see the chemistry between them, with precise timing and good decision-making on each play.
In the kickoff, DB Stefan Milojević made a huge play, forcing a fumble and recovering it himself. That moment really set the tone for everything that followed, as the Boars came out aggressive and never took their foot off the gas.
LB John Rincon also had a big day and was involved in several key moments. He managed to score twice, first by capitalizing on a loose ball during the kickoff sequence, and later by catching a touchdown pass from Green. Plays like these really highlight how versatile and dangerous he is on the field.
Defensively, the Wild Boars were just as impressive. DB Dušan Parezanović came up with a pick-six that shifted momentum even further in their favor, while Milojević added an interception to go along with his already outstanding performance. To wrap things up, Isaiah Green showed he can do it all, taking off late in the game for a rushing touchdown and putting an exclamation mark on a dominant win.
Bucharest Titans (2-0)
The Titans relied heavily on their passing game, and it worked exactly how they wanted. QB Sam Armstrong led the offense with a lot of confidence and composure, moving the ball efficiently and making smart reads. Early in the game, he connected with WR/DB Bigo Mostafa for the opening touchdown, setting a solid foundation for the rest of their performance.
That connection between Armstrong and Mostafa continued to be a major factor, as they linked up again later for another score. Defenses clearly had trouble dealing with them, as they consistently found ways to get open and create separation.
WR Chad Turner also played a big role in the offense, not just scoring but also gaining a lot of yards after the catch. His ability to turn short plays into big gains gave the Titans an extra edge and kept the defense under constant pressure.
On the defensive side, Stefan Kalinkov stepped up with an important interception, helping balance out the team’s overall performance.
Unfortunately, the second half was affected by heavy rain, which led to the live stream being cut. While the final result is known, some of the detailed stats and moments from later in the game are still unclear.
Sofia Bears (0-2)
Even though the result didn’t go their way, the Bears had some strong moments, especially early on. Right after the game started, they managed to grab an interception, immediately showing they were ready to compete on defense. QB Hristian Chan followed that up with a solid touchdown run, giving the team an early boost of energy.
Defensively, they kept fighting and managed to come up with another big play, intercepting a pass in the endzone to stop a scoring opportunity. Those kinds of plays show that the team has potential, even if things didn’t fully come together.
On offense, injuries forced some adjustments, and WR Kristian Milenkov stepped into a bigger role. He handled that responsibility well, putting together a strong performance with good yardage and becoming the main option when the team needed a play.
The heavy rain caused problems, and the live stream was cut during the second half. Because of that, along with some camera limitations, it was difficult to clearly identify players on a few defensive plays, so some details are unfortunately missing.
Bucharest Rebels (0-2)
The Rebels might not have had the most explosive performance this week, but they still showed moments of solid football on both sides of the ball. There were stretches where things clicked, especially defensively.
DB Percy King made one of the biggest plays for the team with a well-timed interception that stopped the opposing offense at an important moment. It was the kind of play that can shift momentum and keep a team in the game.
On offense, RB Robert Pop showed strength and determination, powering his way into the endzone for a rushing touchdown. QB/WR Alex Irimia also contributed by successfully converting a two-point attempt, adding some valuable points.
Overall, while they’re still looking for their first win, the Rebels showed they have the fundamentals and the ability to make key plays. They just need to put everything together more consistently.
We’d also like to ask all teams to help improve future coverage by providing better video quality whenever possible, as it really makes a difference when trying to capture and review all the action.
Looking ahead, things are getting interesting. On May 2, we’ve got a big round coming up. The undefeated Titans and Wild Boars will go head-to-head in what should be a top-of-the-table clash, while the Bears and Rebels will both be fighting hard to finally get their first win of the season.
