ELF Week 7 Power Rankings:

Each week is a better one and as our friend Matt Bressington said : It was the best ELF ball week we’ve ever seen.

1. Nordic Storm

Their scheduled matchup against the Mercenaries may have been postponed, but that doesn’t take away from their current form. Based on what we’ve seen so far this season, they’ve proven to be one of the most complete and dominant squads in the league. Alongside the Musketeers, they’ve clearly set themselves apart as one of the top contenders for the title. Next week, they’ll try to keep things the right way as they will fight the Sea Devils.

2. Paris Musketeers

Not a major setback for them. They handled their business in style with a convincing win over the Centurions, showcasing their usual composure and efficiency. However, due to the relative strength of their opponent, they remain the second seed for now. Still, their performance leaves little doubt, they’re very much in the race for the top spot. Let’s keep an eye if their next week game against the Mercenaries isn’t postponed.

3. Vienna Vikings

They’ve crowned themselves the “Austrian Bowl” champions! A well-deserved title that cements their place among the elite this season. However, not everything has been perfect lately. Questions are starting to emerge about their ability to close out games. Last week, they suffered a surprising comeback, and this time, they allowed 23 points in the final quarter, an alarming trend for a team with championship ambitions. While it didn’t cost them the game this time, they won’t have that margin for error next week. The Lions will be watching closely, ready to exploit every slip-up.

4. Rhein Fire

A complete, all-around win! They delivered a dominant performance from start to finish, controlling nearly every aspect of the game with precision and purpose. There were no major flaws to point out, everything was executed with intent, leaving no room for luck or randomness. But the real challenge is just around the corner. Next week’s clash with the Raiders promises to be a true test of their consistency and resilience, a perfect opportunity to define the trajectory of their second half of the season.

5. Munich Ravens

It’s hard to put into words what actually unfolded during this direct showdown between ladder rivals. Once you’ve gone through the rankings, do yourself a favor and go watch the tape, because wow, this one had everything. In a game filled with tension and momentum swings, they found themselves trailing by four late in the final quarter. But just when it seemed like it was slipping away, they flipped the script. With only 12 seconds left on the clock, Russell Tabor connected with his receiver in the end zone to seal a dramatic 36–33 comeback win. Game over. Instant classic. Next week's opponents ? The Bravos !

6. Stuttgart Surge

As we mentioned just above, that game was absolutely wild, and let’s be clear, the Surge didn’t go down without a fight. They brought intensity, grit, and gave everything they had. In our opinion, it was one of the most thrilling matchups we’ve seen in a long time. If you haven’t already, do yourself a favor and check out the highlights, some of the plays were simply unreal. Looking ahead, their next game should be more straightforward as they host the Enthroners, but after a rollercoaster like this, staying sharp will still be key.

7. Prague Lions

If there’s one team that deserves more attention right now, it’s this one. They’re hitting their stride at the perfect time, and a lot of that credit goes to Javarian Smith. He put on an absolute clinic, throwing 4 touchdowns with zero interceptions, leading his squad to a statement win with confidence and control. It was a commanding performance, both individually and collectively. Now, all eyes turn to next week’s showdown against the Vikings. It’s more than just another game, it’s a chance to keep the momentum alive and take down a team that could very well be standing in their way come finals time.

8. Madrid Bravos

Well… this one wasn’t nearly as close as the first leg, and that’s putting it mildly. The gap was clear from the start, and a big reason for that was Reid Sinnett. Is he the real deal? Performances like this certainly make a strong case: 6 touchdowns, zero interceptions. That’s elite-level production, plain and simple. But the real verdict is coming. Next week’s clash with the Ravens will be the measuring stick. Are they truly a dangerous contender, or just a team floating in the middle of the pack? We’re about to find out.

9. Raiders Tirol

They fell just short, and that’s the lingering feeling from this week’s matchup. The comeback was within reach, the momentum was shifting, but in the end, the ball simply chose its side. Sometimes, football comes down to those razor-thin margins. Now, there’s no time to dwell on what could’ve been. Next week brings a tough test against the Fire, and they'll need to regroup quickly to avoid back-to-back setbacks.

10. Frankfurt Galaxy

That was far from their best showing. Some losses offer lessons to grow from, this one, not so much. McKay, like the rest of the offense, seemed out of rhythm and short on answers all game long. Whether it was a case of underestimating their opponent or just an off day, it clearly wasn’t the performance they were hoping for. The silver lining? They’ve got a full week to regroup, reassess, and come back sharper before facing a tough Surge team in two weeks. That one could be a defining moment in their season.

11. Wrocław Panthers

A clean and efficient win for them this week. Dj Irons Jr. was on fire, precise, confident, and commanding throughout the game. Yet, despite his standout performance, the team as a whole didn’t rely on any flashy moments; instead, it was a solid, well-rounded effort from everyone on the field. Looking ahead, they face what should be a manageable challenge next week as they take on the Centurions. It’s a chance to keep the momentum rolling and build on their consistency.

12. Hamburg Sea Devils

Another tough loss for them this week, and unfortunately, there’s not much to take away or build on from this performance. The struggles were clear, and if they want to have any chance of standing up to the Nordic Storm next week, some serious adjustments will be necessary. It’s a pivotal moment for the team, time to regroup, refocus, and find that spark before their next crucial matchup.

13. Berlin Thunder

They missed a big opportunity that day, a heavy loss that will sting for a while. Sure, Jakeb Sullivan’s absence was a major blow to the offense, but the issues ran deeper than that. Across the board, the team struggled to find its footing, with breakdowns on both sides of the ball. It was a collective off-day, and they’ll need to own it. Fortunately, they’ll get a chance to bounce back and make a statement in two weeks when they face the Centurions. Redemption is on the line.

14. Helvetic Mercenaries

The game was postponed, but that might just be delaying the inevitable. With their current roster issues piling up, things are looking rough heading into the next matchup against the Ravens. Unless something changes quickly, it could be a long and painful outing for them.

15. Fehérvár Enthroners

Signs of improvement, yes, you read that right! The Enthroners are finally showing glimpses of progress, and it’s about time. There’s still a long way to go, but the direction is promising. Now, the real test comes against the Bravos. It might be a tough one on paper, but if they can carry this momentum and at least put up a strong, competitive performance, it’ll be another step forward on their journey.

16. Cologne Centurions

Hm… if you weren’t wearing Musketeer colors, it was a rough day, again. Each week seems to follow the same script, and it’s hard not to feel for the entire squad. They’re battling, but nothing’s falling their way. That said, there’s a glimmer of hope on the horizon. Next week presents a more favorable matchup as they face the Thunder, offering a real shot at finally getting that long-awaited first win. Fingers crossed they seize the opportunity.
