Top 10 Jerseys in Spain

The Spanish LNFA is on the rise and with the focus now on the playoffs, this is more of a laid-back ranking paying tribute to the best uniforms in the Mediterranean country

The 2026 regular season of the LNFA has been one of the most competitive and balanced we have ever seen. After 40 games, 29 were decided by 15 points or less, meaning 72,5% or almost 3 out every 4 games was up for grabs deep in the 4th quarter.

Even more impressive is that 16 of those 40 games ended with a 7-point difference or less, which means that up to 40% of the matchups of the whole regular season in Spain ended within a TD of difference. Electric and entertaining until the very end!

2026 is still very early in European ball, but I’m confident these numbers won’t go unnoticed by the end of the year among the top leagues on the continent. That being said, to pay tribute to one amazing year here, and because football is the best-looking sport in the world, period, I wanted to put together a jersey ranking of our premier division.

Obviously, this is a completely subjective ranking, and we’re more than open to any feedback you want to throw our way.

I love football, but I also truly value the aesthetic side of the game. Uniforms and details matter, and they’re often one of the first things an outsider notices. So without further ado, here are the top 10 jerseys in the Spanish LNFA.

*Disclaimer: In my opinion, this year’s LNFA features the best overall set of uniforms in the country. Lower divisions have some great designs too, but these ten are the crème de la crème.

#1 Mallorca Voltors’ All-Orange

They may not have the best record, but there is simply no better-looking uniform combo in Spain right now. Bright, crispy, and modern, this all-orange feels fresh in a landscape that lacks bold color choices.

They finished the season strong and did so while looking amazing. This is my favorite Voltors combo, and my favorite in the league, although their navy alternate also deserves praise.

#2 Zaragoza Hurricanes’ All-White

One of the underdogs of the Western Conference. The Hurricanes ended the regular season with a 3-4-1 record but with some outstanding performances like their two matchups against the Demons, when they almost upset the 3-time reigning champions both times (20-28 and 21-20).

Even though I love their black iconic kit, their recent all-white upgrade by the Spanish American Football manufacturer Nerion Athletics is top-notch in the league with blue highlights along with their name stitched into the chest with a special font. Fine AF.

#3 Badalona Dracs’ Black pants + White top

The classic powerhouse of Spain and 11-time champions. The Dracs have always had great great jerseys, primarily silver. But when they unveiled their new elegant kits a couple of years ago I was astonished, especially with the white ones (as you can see I’m a white jersey lover). I remember thinking to myself “finally there are some jerseys on par with our neighbours in Europe” as I have always thought that we are a tad behind the big leagues, not only in terms of play, but aesthetically too.

These are great, fine, elegant, classic and good quality, and the combination of the black pants with the white slim strip, along the white top with black numbers and the silver helmet with black decals… chefs kiss. The only downside is the patches that don't match the team´s colors, but hey, nothing too bad, and a sponsor is a sponsor.

#4 Valencia Firebats’ All-Yellow

Bold, eye-catching and yellow, VERY very yellow. These new uniforms from Valencia for their return to the first division are something else. I actually didn´t like them a lot a couple of months ago, but they have heavily grown on me as one of the boldest and more recognisable looks in the Spanish American Football landscape.

Maybe I´m biased as I´m a diehard Steelers fan, but I really do love these. One of the great details in them is that even the sponsor patches are in black and yellow.

It feels like almost every league has its own black‑and‑gold team inspired by Pittsburgh, and I’d say our Spanish version ranks among the best in Europe. The only thing I’d say I’d add is a yellow facemask.

These jerseys are produced by Spanish brand X Road Sports. The company is really gaining traction across the continent, acting as the designers for the AFL Vienna Vikings and even making waves in the U.S. by working with several semi‑professional teams.

#5 Osos de Rivas’ All-Red

One could say that Rivas is the Oregon of Spain in terms of versatility. They have a quadrillion uni combos with an all-white, all-yellow and all-red, and all the possibilities that come with that.

My personal favorite is the all-red. It's strong, with the right placement for sponsors and it looks great, plain and simple. It’s aggressive, clean, and powerful, perfectly complemented by yellow details and the iconic yellow helmet. Depending on taste, this one could easily rank even higher.

#6 Las Rozas Black Demons’ All-White

Best team in the nation… not best jersey. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t dislike these recent new combos from the reigning champion, I just think it’s a downgrade from their previous kit from Reyrr, the known manufacturer from the Nordics (I think Finland).

The thing that “kills” it for me are the big red stripes on the shoulder. I think it makes them look too “bulky”, like the pads are too big for every player. I’m gonna be fair. I like the new font on the chest, but it´s a little bit too big for me. Almost like there is too much text on a reduced space. Also the color, the grey is not bad but you can hardly distinguish it.

It is a great jersey, much MUCH better than the one they had before the Reyrr one, I just don't think it lives up to the level they are putting on the field year in and year out.

#7 Gijón Mariners’ Dark Green

Probably the most polarizing pick on this list. Unpopular opinion: I love heavily sponsored jerseys. They feel inherently European.

It was hard for me to put these jerseys that low, but objectively speaking I don’t think they should crack the top 5. That being said, I love how the black, with the dark green and the white looks. It´s a shame that a regular team in the LNFA for years will be relegated to the LNFA2, but one thing is for sure; they will have the best uniforms in the second division next year.

#8 Camioneros de Coslada’ Grey + Royal Blue

Okay, I like the classic royal blue from the camioneros, and their new helmets from last season are a big upgrade that I love. Also these are one of the most interesting designs in the league… but maybe too interesting.

The royal blue is an amazing colour, the only thing that bumps down this jersey is the tire skits. Hey, I love aggressive and bold designs, and there is nothing that represents more a “Camión” (truck) than a tire. I just think it may be too much to be on the uniform. But to each their own, and I can perfectly understand why their fanbase loves them.

If I speak about the secondary uni, I´m not a big fan of grey instead of white for the light version, but I think they did a great job and are very cohesive.

#9 L’Hospitalet Pioners’ All Black

L’Hospitalet Pioners vs Terrassa Reds / Jordi Dols Díez (@jordidolsdiez)

This is a classic, iconic combo for the historic squad out of L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, very close to Barcelona. Objectively there is nothing wrong with these. They are classy, elegant, and represent the legacy of the club perfectly, honoring their name of “Pioners” (“pioneer” in catalan).

The only thing that makes me put them this low is that they may be a little bit outdated. They have not changed uniforms in decades (I think, if I´m wrong please correct me). Maybe a new alternate would’t hurt anyone. They have released a new version of their logo, so maybe a new jersey is on the way.

#10 Terrassa Reds’ White pants + Red top

To finish the list, I put here one of the best teams in the nation and the #2 seed in the West for the playoffs. Their shade of red is amazing, and the big block “REDS” on the chest is my favourite part of this kit. I just think that with the great football they are playing, the jersey could look better.

Speaking about details, I don´t think the sponsor logos match the “vibe” too well. I do like the white + red combination with the white helmet, but one big upgrade I think would make them look a lot cooler is a red facemask. Actually there are a couple of players with those red facemasks and it looks so much better in my opinion, but that's also a negative in my book, that not all the players wear the same helmet setup. That’s something I tend to notice too much in Europe.
