Ancons Dolphins : A+ (9-1)

Fantastic season for the Ancona Dolphins who dominate Girone A, the change of head coach seems to have given them greater awareness. They won both the direct clashes with Parma and edged over Legnano to get the #1 seed and enter the playoffs as favorites. Their import QB Blake Eaton has shown great ability and perseverance, together with the help of one of the best defenses we've ever seen in the IFL they'll be a tough matchup for anyone. Will they be able to win the Italian Football League for the first time?
Firenze Guelfi : A+ (10-0)

Firenze Guelfi seem unbeatable this season. 10 victories out of 10 in the Girone B which does appear less competitive than the A, but that's still an outstanding accomplishment. Their offense, led by Italian QB Andrea Fimiani, was absolutely incredible this season, being able to produce an average of 49,9 points per game. We all know their eyes are set on a bigger goal though, to finally win it all again.
Legnano Frogs : A (8-2)

Very good season for the Legnano Frogs, who with some good additions in the offseason were able to exceed the expectations. Second in the Girone A surprisingly above in Parma, which means they're hosting the Wild-Card matchup against Torino at home. We've seen them get to the playoffs and get bounced last year, let's see if they can make a deeper run with this renewed team.
Skorpions Varese : B+ (6-4)

The Varese Skorpions were struggling but they qualified for the playoffs as expected. After the departure of Ryan and Maclaine Griffin, the team lost some quality and it showed mainly in the first half of the season. As the season flowed, they were able to get back on their feet and still reach second place in the Girone B. The playoff clash against Parma will not be easy at all, as the back to back champs were the ones to eliminate Varese last year in the semifinal. The Skorpions are no joke though and they have an important home-field advantage.
Bologna Warriors : B (2-8)

The Bologna Warriors finally return to win in the IFL. After three years of fasting, the Emilian team surprises everyone with 2 victories which allow them to avoid the playouts. There is still a lot of work to be done, but the path that has been taken is definitely the right one.
Ferrara Aquile : B (4-6)

It's never great to blame bad luck, but the Ferrara Aquile, in the most important part of the season, lost their import QB Aaron Allen. Losing 2 of the last 3 games made them miss the playoffs, but this was still a very promising season. The Aquile Ferrara close the year as by far the best newly promoted team of the year and with a great young roster to develop heading towards 2026.
Torino Giaguari : B- (5-5)

"Just enough" sums up the season pretty well for the Torino Giaguari, who after a fabulous 4-0 start of the season get lost and drop the next 4 games. Proving to be a fragile team like they did last year too. They were still able to sneak in the playoffs despite the 70-20 defeat against Firenze in the last game of the season. Will they know how to take advantage of their chances in the playoffs?
Parma Panthers : B- (7-3)

The Parma Panthers had a season a little below expectations. After winning 2 titles in a row they finish third in the Girone A, which means they'll be on the road in Varese durning the Wild-Card weekend. Their season is not over yet and we know how dangerous this team can be if they catch fire during the playoffs. The playoffs is their natural habitat, will they be able to three-peat?
Lazio Marines : C+ (3-7)

Another tough season for the Lazio Marines who, despite some new grafts, are unable to find continuity of performance. They have shown early in the season there were issues within the team when they lost to the Pirates, and ultimately those issues led them to the 5th spot in the Girone B. There is still a lot of work to be done, but there is certainly potential to focus on.
Milano Rhinos : C- (4-6)

It was a transition year for the Milano Rhinos, who have worked to rebuild their foundations. After a good start of the season, they started to struggle especially in the offensive phase. It was in their plans though, as they knew it would've been impossible to keep the same standards after the departure of the ELF talents. The team is young and growing, a lot to be excited for in the future.
Albisola Pirates : D (2-8)

It was a tough season for the Albisola Pirates, with many lows, but also some highs. A true highlight was surely winning their first home game in their first season ever playing in the IFL. Unfortunately the many losses pushed them down to last place in the Girone B, even beating the Aquile in the last game of the season wasn't enough. They now need a victory against the Bergamo Lions in the playout game to save a season that would otherwise become disastrous.
Bergamo Lions : F (0-10)

Most definetly a season to forget for the Bergamo Lions, who after returning to the IFL have had a hard time competing with the rest of the Girone A. 0 wins in 10 games, even in the rematch against Bologna they fell short after taking a 14-0 lead. It feels like they're going to need a miracle to win the playout match against the Pirates Albisola. This could be a very short stint in the top division for the most titled team in IFL history.
