The Titans couldn't have asked for a better start. Defensive star Bigo Mostafa opened the scoring with a pick-six, immediately giving Bucharest momentum and putting pressure on the home side.
The offense quickly followed. QB Sam Armstead found WR Dennis Popa for a touchdown, showing the balance that has made the Titans dangerous in recent weeks.
Sofia answered with a strong drive of its own, as QB Hristian Chan connected with WR/QB Roberto Barakov for a touchdown to keep the Bears within reach.
But the Titans kept finding ways to create big plays. Mostafa struck again, this time on a special-teams trick play that ended in the endzone, and later added another interception to cap off a spectacular all-around performance.
Armstead then took over on the ground, scoring two rushing touchdowns as the Titans offense continued to control the game. The defense matched that effort with interceptions from DB Luca Roșu and DB Costel Vlad, turning the semifinal into a complete team performance.
To their credit, the Bears kept fighting until the end. WR/QB Roberto Barakov connected with WR Nikolaj Georgiev for another touchdown, but the comeback never fully materialized.
The Final Is Set
With the 34–13 victory, the Bucharest Titans advance to the DAFL Championship Game, where they will face the undefeated Wild Boars.
It's a classic championship matchup: the league's hottest team against the league's unbeaten powerhouse.
One game remains. The DAFL title is on the line. One question remained, who is going to be the first champion?
